By navigating through Google you might have found some remedies against this ”trouble” that can affect many human beings in this society. Life can be sometimes like a ”roller coaster” and we can face sleeplessness or sometimes we just can’t get enough sleep.
So I’m going to make a larger list that might help you . First you need to know that some sorts of food can help you face lack of sleep : turkey meat contains tryptophan that can make you drowsy ,eggs also have the same effect, onion is also good, garlic can lower the blood pressure so one can feel more relaxed , so closed to that ”alpha” state which precedes sleep. Fish can also induce sleep
Then there are some tropical fruits that can help you totally relax : bananas, passion fruit , kiwi, cherries, peaches or apricots and tangerines are of real good help.
Among other remedies we can obviously find plant infusions that can even improve mood , not only sleep : lavender, chamomile, rose of Sharon, mint , rose petals, passion fruit flower, lemon balm, jasmine, sage, thyme, cinnamon, unprepared hops, elderflowers, locust tree ( acacia flowers), vanilla ,hawthorn tree plants, rosehips petals, raspberries extract and valerian.
